The Spokane Cookbook showcases the unique character of Spokane's culinary heritage through stories and recipes from chefs, farmers, and food entrepreneurs who are part of the fabric of Spokane's food scene. Its sequel, The Spokane Drinks Book features stories and drink recipes from the wonderful people in Spokane's beverage community.

ALL PREORDERS of The Spokane Drinks Book will ship in time for Christmas. Books ordered after the presale, through December 18th, may still ship in time for Christmas depending on weather and location. Below are options for local pickup.

  • On Friday and Saturday, December 19th and 20th, I'll be at the Holiday Global Market at Riverpark Square, Second Floor, from 10am to 3pm both days. People can pick up books if they pre ordered, as well as purchase books.
  • On Sunday, December 21st, I'll be at the Scale House Market from 11am to 3pm for book signing and purchase/pickup.
  • The books will also be available for purchase at Auntie's Bookstore, From Here Spokane, Indaba Monroe and the Scale House Market.
